Amino acid surfactantsprimary cleansing system
The cleansing base is built on amino acid surfactants rather than soap. Soap-based systems have to sit at a high pH simply to stay soluble, and that is a large part of why they leave skin feeling tight; an amino acid system does not, so the finished product can sit near neutral. This matters more on a brightening cleanser than on a basic one, because a routine that starts with a stripping wash undermines the leave-on steps that follow.
Glutathionebaseline 0.5% · range 0.3–1.0%
Included as a recognised brightening active for the category — the ingredient buyers search for by name. We are direct about the format: published topical work on reduced glutathione used leave-on and regimen products, not a rinse-off wash, so we position this as routine support rather than the source of the result. The level stays at the lower end because raising it in a product that is rinsed away adds cost without a matching case for benefit. For topical use only — not the injectable form, which is not approved for skin lightening in the Philippines.
Niacinamidebaseline 2.0% · range 1.0–2.0%
Vitamin B3 reduces the transfer of pigment to surface skin cells. The baseline is deliberately below the 3% we use in a leave-on serum, for the same reason as above: contact time here is short. Brands that want a stronger ingredient statement can move to the top of this support range. Korea caps niacinamide at 5% in its functional-cosmetic framework, which sits above this rinse-off range.

Available on request for brands that want the full brightening ingredient list to appear on the cleanser as well. Hydroquinone is not used as an ingredient in this formula. Under Regulation (EU) 2024/996 any residue carried over from the raw material must stay at unavoidable trace levels.

MOQ is 5,000–10,000 sachets, roughly 2,000 boxes at 30–40 sachets per box. Read that in sachets rather than boxes — it is the most common misreading of a sachet quote. Bottled formats are quoted separately, and as a general baseline across our range minimums start from 1,000 to 3,000 units per SKU depending on the product and level of customization.
Can a rinse-off cleanser really brighten skin?
We do not claim it does the work on its own. Contact time is measured in seconds, so we position a brightening cleanser as the cleansing step of a routine, with the leave-on serum or cream carrying the brightening promise. If your brief needs a stronger claim, we would build it on a leave-on format.
Can I raise the glutathione level?
Yes, within the stated range. We will tell you when a higher level mainly adds cost rather than benefit in a rinse-off format, but the decision is yours.
How long does sampling and production take?
Custom sample rounds take 2–3 weeks. Bulk production runs 45–55 days for this product, longer than our bottled formats because sachets are filled, sealed and checked individually. Plan your launch date off 45–55 days, not off our standard cleanser timeline.
Is it certified for export?
Manufacturing is ISO 22716 and GMPC compliant, SGS testing is supported on request, and we confirm ingredient compliance against your destination market before sampling. One point specific to sachets: the printable area is small, and several Southeast Asian markets require the full ingredient list, origin and notification details on the pack itself. We check that your mandatory text physically fits before artwork is finalised rather than after.
