Cosmetics OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is a manufacturing model where you supply the finished product formula and specifications, and the factory produces it under your brand. Formula ownership, permitted use, confidentiality, and any exclusivity remain defined by the signed manufacturing agreement, while the manufacturer provides the facility, equipment, raw material sourcing, production, quality control, and packaging.

With OEM, you provide the formula and the factory manufactures it exactly to your specification. With ODM (Original Design Manufacturer), the factory develops the formula for you based on your brief, and you brand and sell the finished product. Choose OEM when you own a formula and need production; choose ODM when you need the manufacturer's R&D team to create the formula. Many brands combine both across different SKUs.

Our standard MOQ starts from 3,000 units per SKU for most skincare, body care, and hair care formats. Sheet masks and collagen patches typically start at 5,000–10,000 sheets per SKU, freeze-dried sets at 3,000–5,000 sets, and fragrances from 3,000 units. Typical production lead time is 35 to 60 days after the approved sample, packaging, and order details are confirmed, depending on formulation complexity, component sourcing, testing, and order volume. Dosage forms that carry extra testing or processing, such as sunscreens and freeze-dried sets, may take longer. The sample schedule is confirmed separately for each project.

Sample availability, timing, included revision rounds, materials, packaging, courier arrangements, and any fees are confirmed in the project quotation. Custom packaging, specialised materials, and additional rounds may require separate scope and cost approval.

Our facility is ISO 22716 (Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice) and GMPC certified, with both certificates issued by Intertek. We produce in a 100K-class cleanroom environment and provide the batch and manufacturing documents agreed for the order. Independent testing and destination-market documentation are scoped according to the formula, claims, packaging, and regulatory route.

We support manufacturing-side documentation and technical review for EU, China, ASEAN, US, and other destination-market routes. The exact scope is confirmed for the project; local responsible-person, importer, safety-assessor, notification, and authority-approval responsibilities remain with the parties required by the destination market.
