Our Story
Founded in Guangzhou — China's cosmetics manufacturing capital — GZ Cosmetics Lab has grown from a contract manufacturer into a full-service CDMO partner for brands across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
What sets us apart is our commitment to science-backed formulation. While most OEM factories simply fill bottles, we utilize licensed patent technologies including our advanced supramolecular delivery platform, developed with our technology partners.
Today we serve 25+ brands ranging from independent startups to established personal care and cosmeceutical companies, all from our GMPC-certified facility in Huadu District, Guangzhou.
In concrete terms: GZ Cosmetics Lab, operating as Jiumei (Guangzhou) Biomedical Co., Ltd., has manufactured cosmetics in Huadu District, Guangzhou since 2010, across a 16,000 m² site that combines a 12,000 m² production plant with 4,000 m² of offices. The factory runs 13 production lines in 100,000-class cleanrooms with a capacity of over 200,000 units a day across 20 product categories, employs more than 150 people including a 50-plus R&D team, and holds ISO 22716 and GMPC certification from Intertek alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HALAL, plus US FDA facility registration under MoCRA (FEI 3038966060).

US FDA facility registration under MoCRA means our facility is registered with and known to the FDA. It does not mean the FDA has inspected, approved, or endorsed our facility or any product. Registration is renewed biennially; product listings are updated annually.

- Both Intertek certificates can be verified by anyone.Take the numbers above to Intertek's own certificate database at certs.intertek.com.cn, the address printed on the certificates themselves. Both are subject to annual surveillance audits, so a certificate that is still valid tells you we have kept passing them, not just that we passed once.
- The FDA number is published, but the FDA has no public search. Cosmetics Direct is a submission portal, not a lookup tool, so nobody can self-check a cosmetic facility registration — including when they are checking our competitors. Quote our FEI number to the FDA directly, or hand it to a US regulatory agent or your importer of record, who can confirm it through their channels. Anyone who advertises FDA registration without giving you a number has given you nothing to check.
- Check that the seller is the factory. We manufacture as Jiumei (Guangzhou) Biomedical Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Identifier 91440101MA59F7726Y, holding Chinese cosmetics production licence 粤妆20170085. That entity name appears on the Intertek certificates above, so you can confirm the company quoting you is the company that was audited. Worth doing: a trading company can show you a certificate belonging to a factory it does not own.
- The audited address is the address we ship from.Our certificates list a registered address at Room 202 and a production address at Room 302, Building 6, 4/F of Building 3, No. 8 Pingbu Avenue West, Xiuquan Subdistrict, Huadu District, Guangzhou. The production address is the plant you would visit and the one carrying the GMP scope. Visits are welcome with three days' notice.
