Our Story
Founded in Guangzhou — China's cosmetics manufacturing capital — GZ Cosmetics Lab has grown from a contract manufacturer into a full-service CDMO partner for brands across Asia, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Our formulation work can draw on licensed patent technologies, including an advanced supramolecular delivery platform, when they suit the formula and agreed development scope.
Today we serve brand partners across global markets, from independent startups to established personal care and cosmeceutical companies, all from our GMPC-certified facility in Huadu District, Guangzhou.
In concrete terms: GZ Cosmetics Lab, operating as Jiumei (Guangzhou) Biomedical Co., Ltd., has manufactured cosmetics in Huadu District, Guangzhou since 2010, across a 16,000 m² site that combines a 12,000 m² production plant with 4,000 m² of offices. The factory runs 13 production lines in 100,000-class cleanrooms with a capacity of over 200,000 units a day across 20 product categories, supported by in-house R&D, quality, production, and export teams. It holds ISO 22716 and GMPC certification from Intertek alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HALAL, plus US FDA facility registration under MoCRA (FEI 3038966060).

Raw Material Intake
Every incoming batch is quarantined, sampled, and lab-verified against spec before release to production.
Weighing & Batching
Actives and base ingredients are precision-weighed to the formulation record under supervision.
Emulsification
Vacuum emulsifying tanks blend phases at controlled temperature for a stable, uniform texture.
Filling
Automated lines fill and seal in our 100K-class cleanroom under documented production controls.
Quality Control
Routine in-process and finished-goods release checks follow the agreed specification; formal stability and other project tests are scoped separately.
Packaging & Shipping
Labeling, secondary packaging, and export-ready documentation for international dispatch.

Intertek & SGS
Our ISO 22716 and GMPC certifications are issued by Intertek. Independent product testing can be scoped through accredited laboratories when the formula, claims, packaging, or destination market require it.
Questions buyers ask before they audit us
Am I buying from the factory, or from a trading company?
From the factory. We manufacture as Jiumei (Guangzhou) Biomedical Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Identifier 91440101MA59F7726Y, holding Chinese cosmetics production licence 粤妆20170085. That same entity name appears on our Intertek certificates, so you can confirm that the company quoting you is the company that was audited. This is worth checking with any supplier, because a trading company can forward a certificate belonging to a factory it does not own.
Which certifications do you hold, and can I verify them myself?
ISO 22716:2007 and GMPC, both issued by Intertek, certificates HBPCER20260352 and HBPCER20260353, valid to 15 July 2029. Anyone can verify them: take the numbers to Intertek's own certificate database at certs.intertek.com.cn, which is the address printed on the certificates themselves. Both are subject to annual surveillance audits, so a certificate that is still valid tells you we have kept passing them rather than that we passed once. We also hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and halal certification, and halal recognition is scope-limited and varies by market.
You mention US FDA registration. What does that actually mean?
Our facility is a registered cosmetic product facility under MoCRA, FEI 3038966060, valid to 29 July 2028. Registration means the facility is registered with and known to the FDA. It does not mean the FDA has inspected, approved or endorsed our facility or any product, and there is no such thing as an FDA approval or certificate for a cosmetic.
