Is it genuinely suitable for post-procedure use?
The formula is built for it — minimalist surfactants, no sulfates, fragrance-free option. That said, whether a product is recommended after a specific procedure is a clinical decision for the practitioner, not a claim we make for you. We supply the formula, the ingredient documentation, and the testing to support that conversation.
Can we claim it is dermatologist-tested?
We can arrange third-party tolerance and patch testing through an external lab on request, and that supports a tested claim. We will not supply wording that implies a medical endorsement we have not actually obtained.
What ceramide loading do you recommend?
It depends on your price point. We will quote two or three loadings with sample support so you can judge the after-feel difference yourself, and we will be direct about where additional ceramide stops being detectable to the consumer.
