How the Active Ingredients Work
This is the regulation-led option in our brightening body range. It is built around niacinamide and tranexamic acid instead of glutathione, which changes what you can say and where you can sell it. The baseline below is our standard ODM starting point, adjustable for your target market and price point.

Vitamin B3 is the anchor active here rather than a supporting one. The published evidence most often cited is an eight-week split-face trial in 27 melasma patients, where the 4% side showed significant improvement; we set the body baseline at 3% because a lotion is applied in much larger amounts than a facial product, and brands can move up to 4–5% within the range. It works by reducing the transfer of pigment to surface skin cells, so tone looks more even over time. There is no EU or ASEAN concentration cap on niacinamide, but Korea caps it at 5% in its functional-cosmetic framework, so the top of this range is also the ceiling for a Korean filing. Inside this range the level is a tolerability and cost decision rather than a regulatory one.
Tranexamic acidlevel set per destination market
This is the ingredient that needs the most care, because its status is not the same everywhere. In several markets it is handled as a pharmaceutical substance rather than an ordinary cosmetic ingredient, and in others it is used in topical cosmetics without that restriction. We do not publish a single baseline for it: we confirm whether it is usable at all in your destination market, and at what level, before sampling. If it is not available for your market, we build the same positioning on niacinamide with a vitamin C derivative instead.

Body care is where packaging minimums bite hardest, because a pump closure on a large bottle carries its own supplier floor.
Can you include tranexamic acid?
It depends on your destination market. In some markets it is treated as a pharmaceutical substance rather than an ordinary cosmetic ingredient, so we confirm its status and permitted level for your market before sampling. Where it is not available, we build the same positioning on niacinamide with a vitamin C derivative.
How is this different from your glutathione body lotion?
Different anchor active, and a different regulatory profile. This one leads with niacinamide at 3% and is the option brands choose when they want to keep glutathione out of the formula.
How long does sampling and production take?
