UV Shield Mist SPF50+ PA++++
A lightweight SPF50+ PA++++ mist for quick, even coverage over the body and over makeup. The mist format is what sells it, fast full-body application without rubbing, and the mist format is also where the one safety consideration unique to sprays lives: what happens around the face when you spray it.

Key Active Ingredients
How the Active Ingredients Work
Filter percentages are not published, because filters are market-regulated actives; we state tested SPF50+ and PA on the finished product. A spray also carries application and inhalation guidance that a lotion does not, and we build that into the pack rather than leaving it to the user to work out.
UV filter systemSPF50+ PA++++ tested on finished product
A chemical filter blend formulated to spray evenly and dry quickly. Built to your destination market's permitted filter list, with SPF and PA confirmed by in vivo testing on the finished product. A spray adds a distribution problem the number does not show: uneven coverage under-protects, so the spray pattern and the instruction to spread after spraying are part of how the tested SPF is actually achieved on skin.
Aloe Vera and Glycerinsupporting system
INCI: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice and Glycerin. These keep a fast-drying body mist from feeling stripping, carrying the light comfort story the format needs. Levels set per project. Described in terms of feel on application rather than treatment claims, consistent with a leave-on daytime product.
Vitamin Esupporting antioxidant
INCI: Tocopherol. Formula antioxidant, positioned as an ingredient rather than an after-sun claim. Level set per project.
Spray and application systemsystem note
Two things define a sunscreen mist beyond its SPF. First, even distribution: a mist that is applied unevenly protects unevenly, so pack guidance to spread after spraying is not optional, it is how the SPF is reached. Second, face application: sprays should not be applied directly to the face because of inhalation, and the correct method is to spray into the hands and then apply. We put both on the pack, and the format and propellant choice are set against your market's rules on sprays.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a spray sunscreen as protective as a lotion?
It can reach the same tested SPF, but only if it is applied evenly and generously, and that is where sprays fall down in real use. A quick, light spray under-protects. This is why we build spread-after-spraying guidance into the pack rather than treating the spray as the whole application. Sold and used correctly, a mist gives fast even coverage; used as a light mist and nothing more, it under-delivers, and it is better to tell the customer that.
Can it be sprayed directly on the face?
No, and the pack says so. Sunscreen sprays should not be applied directly to the face because of the inhalation risk from the mist. The correct method is to spray into the hands and then apply to the face, and we put that instruction on pack. For the face step specifically, a rub-in format is the cleaner choice, which is why brands often pair a body mist with a face sunscreen.
Why don't you publish the filter percentages?
Because filters are regulated actives with market-specific permitted lists and maximum levels, so a percentage on its own is missing its regulatory context and implies one global formula, which sunscreen never is. We give the tested SPF and PA on the finished mist, and the quantitative breakdown goes into each market's registration dossier.
Aerosol or pump spray?
It depends on your market and your positioning. Aerosol gives a finer, more even mist but brings propellant regulations and shipping considerations; a non-aerosol pump avoids the propellant question but gives a coarser spray. We build to whichever suits your market's rules and your shipping route, and confirm the spray pattern on sample, because pattern is what determines even coverage.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 2,000–3,000 bottles per SKU and lead time is 45–60 days including stability and in vivo SPF testing. Aerosol formats may add propellant-compatibility and transport checks within that window. Production runs across 13 lines at 200,000 units per day once the formula is locked.
