Micellar Surfactant Systemlow-level cleansing system
Mild non-ionic surfactants that group into micelles in water, with the oil-attracting side facing inward. Wiped across skin, those micelles pull makeup and sunscreen into their cores instead of stripping the skin's own lipids. Because this product is not rinsed off, the surfactant level has to stay low by design — push it up for faster removal and you leave residue that stings around the eyes.
Glycerinhumectant
The workhorse humectant. In a no-rinse format it stays on skin after cleansing, which offsets the mild tightness that any surfactant leaves behind.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juicesupporting soothing agent
A recognisable botanical for a calming positioning, contributing polysaccharides that add slip to the wipe. Its main commercial value here is label recognition in Southeast Asian markets rather than measurable activity at use level.
Panthenolsupporting conditioning agent
Provitamin B5, included at a supporting level to improve the after-feel on skin that gets cleansed twice a day. Water-soluble, so it stays stable in a simple aqueous system without needing an antioxidant package.

What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 2,000–3,000 bottles per SKU, produced in 35–45 days after sample approval. Custom sample rounds take 2–3 weeks.
Can you make it strong enough for waterproof makeup?
Not in this formula, and that is deliberate. Raising the surfactant level far enough to break down waterproof mascara turns a no-rinse product into one that needs rinsing, which defeats the format. For heavy or waterproof makeup we would point you to a bi-phase version or a cleansing oil instead, and many brands carry both.
Is it safe to use around the eyes?
The base is built to be low-sting, but a dedicated eye and lip version with an adjusted surfactant blend is the better route if eye use is a headline claim. We can sample both so your own panel can compare.
Can we add actives like niacinamide or hyaluronic acid?
Yes, and it is a common request. Be aware of the trade-off: anything you add to a no-rinse cleanser gets wiped off with the cotton pad, so the marketing value usually outruns the functional value. We will tell you honestly which additions earn their cost in this format.
