Enhanced Micellar Surfactant Systemreinforced cleansing system
A higher-capacity surfactant blend than a standard micellar water carries. The reason it is needed: waterproof makeup is built on film formers designed to resist water, so a purely water-based micelle cannot get underneath the film. Capacity is raised to the point where removal works in one or two wipes, because repeated rubbing around the eye area causes more irritation than the surfactant itself.
Gentle Solventsco-solvent stage
