What is the MOQ and lead time?
Five to ten thousand sheets per SKU, and 45–55 days from sample approval — stability testing runs inside that window rather than after it. Sampling takes 3–4 weeks ahead of that. Die-cut tooling is set up per shape, so the pack and shape decisions move the MOQ more than the formula does.
Why is the niacinamide only 1% when other eye products claim more?
Because it is an occluded patch on the thinnest skin on the face, next to mucosa. Those three factors together mean the appropriate level is lower than for a leave-on face serum, not higher. We would rather tell you that than quote a bigger number and let you discover the tolerance problem after launch. If your brief specifically needs a higher figure for positioning, we will discuss it and sample it, but we will also tell you what we think of the idea.
Can we claim it removes dark circles or whitens?
No. We do not write whitening, lightening or dark-circle treatment claims on this product in any market.
